Use the skills and competencies you have learned to sit with a small group of your peers who will help you make progress on your challenge.  This is a favorite activity by our alumni.  After all, what matters to you is what matters to us.

Manage Self and Graduation

How can you be a better leader if you are not managing your own behaviors and triggers?  

Close with a graduation ceremony.

Tuition for the Leadership Ellsworth County Program is $300.00 per person, which includes all program materials and meals.  Tuition can be paid by a business or organization for an individual, or an individual may pay his or her own tuition.  Tuition is non-refundable, and we request all participants attend all sessions and take responsibility for the tuition fee being paid.   Gold and Platinum members of Ellsworth County Economic Development receive discounts or paid tuition with their memberships.

Selected participants should dress comfortably and be eager and ready for a great experience.

Applicants will receive an email confirmation with additional information and instructions.

We are currently accepting applications for 2021.

If the tuition hinders your attendance but you are interested in attending Leadership Ellsworth County, there are limited half scholarships available on a first-come first-serve basis.
